Warehouse Operative – Hemel Hempstead
Newstaff Employment is recruiting motivated and reliable Warehouse Operatives to join a busy logistics and supply chain operation in Hemel Hempstead. You will support the day-to-day running of the warehouse, including receiving goods, managing stock, picking and packing orders, and ensuring products are prepared accurately for dispatch.
Location: Hemel Hempstead
Salary: £14.00 per hour + accrued holiday pay
Working Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
- Receive, process, and organise incoming goods.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare products for dispatch.
- Move and organise stock within designated warehouse locations.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Assist with regular stock counts when required.
- Check goods for accuracy and report any discrepancies.
- Keep warehouse areas clean, tidy, and organised.
- Handle products carefully to minimise damage.
- Support general warehouse duties as required.
- Follow all company health and safety procedures.
Essential Skills & Experience
- You are reliable, punctual, and motivated.
- You can work effectively within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- You have good attention to detail and can work accurately.
- You can follow instructions and warehouse procedures.
- You are comfortable carrying out manual handling duties.
- You can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- You have a positive and professional approach to work.
- Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or logistics experience would be advantageous.
