Newstaff Employment is hiring reliable Warehouse Operatives in Hemel Hempstead to support busy warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching goods accurately and efficiently.
Location: Hemel Hempstead
Salary: From £12.71 per hour
Working Hours: 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis, with extra hours available as required
Job Type: Temporary / Ongoing

Key Responsibilities
- Receive and check incoming deliveries for accuracy and quality
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch
- Organise stock to maintain an efficient warehouse layout
- Support daily operational targets and deadlines
- Assist with stock takes and inventory control
- Maintain clean working areas and follow health and safety procedures
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous warehouse or similar experience is preferred
- Ability to carry out physical duties, including lifting and moving stock
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
- Own reliable transport to travel to the Hemel Hempstead site
- Willingness to follow health and safety procedures at all times
