Newstaff Employment is hiring Warehouse Operatives to join a busy warehouse team in Leighton Buzzard. In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations by receiving stock, preparing orders, loading and unloading goods, and maintaining a safe and organised working environment. Therefore, this is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hard-working individuals looking to develop their warehouse skills within a supportive team.
Location: Leighton Buzzard
Salary: £14.00 per hour plus accrued holiday pay
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming stock deliveries
- Check shipments and verify stock accuracy
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Load and unload goods safely
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
- Follow company procedures and health and safety guidelines
- Support colleagues with general warehouse duties when required
- Work towards daily operational and productivity targets
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not essential
- Full training will be provided for the right candidate
- Ability to carry out manual handling and physical duties
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
- Reliable and punctual attitude
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Good understanding of workplace health and safety procedures
- Own transport or reliable transport to the Leighton Buzzard location
