Newstaff Employment is hiring Warehouse Operatives to join a well-established company in Letchworth. In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations by receiving goods, preparing orders, and maintaining an organised warehouse environment. Therefore, this is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for reliable and motivated individuals looking to build a long-term career within a busy warehouse setting.
Location: Letchworth
Salary: £14.00 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (30-minute break)
Job Type: Temp to Perm
No Weekend Work

Key Responsibilities
- Receive and check incoming stock deliveries
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch
- Load and unload goods safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and correctly
- Carry out stock handling and storage duties
- Follow company health and safety procedures at all times
- Support colleagues with general warehouse tasks when required
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential
- Ability to carry out manual handling duties
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual attitude
- Good communication skills
- Flexible approach to work
- Basic IT skills would be an advantage
