Key Responsibilities
- Receive incoming deliveries and immediately check goods for accuracy and quality
- Organise and store stock correctly so the warehouse remains structured and efficient
- Pick and pack orders carefully; as a result, customers receive the correct items on time
- Prepare and stage orders for dispatch to keep distribution flowing smoothly
- Update inventory records consistently and support regular stock checks
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times to maintain a secure working environment
- Work proactively with colleagues; therefore, the team achieves daily productivity goals
- Keep your work area clean and organised so operations stay safe and efficient
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous warehouse experience is helpful; however, a strong work ethic matters most
- Good physical stamina so you can handle manual tasks confidently
- Strong attention to detail when picking, packing and checking stock
- Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual approach to work
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
