Newstaff Employment is hiring a reliable Warehouse Operative in Luton to join a busy warehouse team and support the smooth flow of goods through accurate picking, packing, stock control, and safe day-to-day warehouse operations.
Location: Luton
Salary: From £13.00 per hour
Working Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with extra hours as required
Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Pick and pack orders accurately for dispatch
- Organise and maintain stock within the warehouse
- Assist with stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment
- Work closely with team members to meet daily operational targets
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous warehouse experience is an advantage
- Physical stamina to carry out manual handling and heavy lifting tasks
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude
- Flexibility to work additional hours when required
- You must live in or around Luton and have your own vehicle to travel to the warehouse
