Warehouse Operative – Pitstone
Newstaff Employment is hiring reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operatives in Pitstone to support busy warehouse operations. This is a hands-on role focused on picking, packing, and preparing orders while maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety, and organisation.
Location: Pitstone
Salary: From £12.21 per hour
Working Hours: 7:00 am – 5:00 pm, rota-based (5 days out of 7, Monday to Sunday)
Job Type: Temporary / Ongoing

Key Responsibilities
- Receive, check, and store incoming stock accurately
- Pick and pack orders efficiently for dispatch
- Pack items securely into bags or boxes, ready for customers
- Ensure orders are sent out on time and correctly labelled
- Follow all health & safety procedures at all times
- Keep the warehouse clean, tidy, and well organised
- Work closely with team members to meet daily targets
- Support other areas of the warehouse when required
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-focused attitude
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
