Warehouse Operative – Rework & Picking – Milton Keynes

Newstaff Employment is recruiting a Warehouse Operative for picking, packing, and rework duties in Milton Keynes. You will pick customer orders, relabel and repack products, check product information, and prepare goods for dispatch. This role requires excellent attention to detail, basic PC skills, and the ability to perform manual handling and some heavy lifting.

Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: £12.71 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am–4:30 pm
Job Type: Temporary / Temp-to-Perm

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
• Prepare orders for overseas customers.
• Read and follow pick notes correctly.
• Pick customer orders ready for rework.
• Relabel products accurately.
• Check labels and product information carefully.
• Repack products ready for dispatch.
• Use a PC to enter and update information.
• Check completed work for accuracy.
• Complete repetitive rework tasks when required.
• Carry out general warehouse duties.
• Complete manual handling and some heavy lifting.
• Keep your working area clean and organised.
• Follow warehouse health and safety procedures.
• Work independently and as part of the warehouse team.

Essential Skills & Experience

• You have excellent attention to detail.
• You can relabel and repack products accurately.
• You are comfortable using a PC.
• You can enter information accurately.
• You can read and follow written instructions and take notes.
• You are comfortable completing repetitive tasks.
• You can complete manual handling and heavy lifting when required.
• You are reliable and punctual.
• You have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• You can work independently when required.
• You work well as part of a team.
• You have your own safety boots and high-visibility vest.
• You are available Monday to Friday.
• You are based in the Milton Keynes area.
