Production/Warehouse Operative
Location: Letchworth Garden City
Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm
Experience: No previous experience necessary
We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Production/Warehouse Operative to join our friendly team in Letchworth.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin or develop a career in production, warehousing, or electronics. Full training will be provided, so previous experience is not essential. However, some assembly experience or an interest in electronics would be beneficial.
Key responsibilities
- Assembling products and electronic components
- Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
- Receiving and organising incoming stock
- Carrying out basic quality checks
- Maintaining accurate stock records
- Keeping the production and warehouse areas clean, safe, and organised
- Supporting the wider team with general production and warehouse duties

Requirements
About you
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Able to follow instructions and work accurately
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail
- An interest in electronics or practical, hands-on work
- Previous assembly or warehouse experience is helpful but not required
- An interest in science at school would also be of interest to the client
