Warehouse – Rigger – (Electrical skills/knowledge) St Albans

Newstaff Employment Services is currently looking for a skilled Warehouse Rigger with Electrical Skills/Knowledge to join our team in St Albans. The successful candidate will play a vital role in rigging and installing electrical equipment and systems within the warehouse environment. This position involves working closely with the warehouse and electrical teams to ensure safe and efficient handling, installation, and maintenance of electrical components. Responsibilities

• Rigging, installing, and maintaining electrical equipment and systems in the warehouse.
• Assisting with the safe handling and movement of heavy electrical components.
• Collaborating with warehouse staff and electricians to ensure smooth operations.
• Conducting safety inspections and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Maintaining accurate records of work performed and reporting any issues promptly.
• Supporting general warehouse duties as required.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a rigger with electrical skills or background in electrical installation and maintenance.
• Good understanding of electrical systems and health and safety regulations.
• Ability to safely handle and move heavy equipment.
