Newstaff Employment is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor in Great Horwood, Buckinghamshire, to join a busy and fast-growing wholesale business. In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations while developing into a future Warehouse Manager position. Therefore, this is a great opportunity for a motivated and hard-working warehouse professional looking for long-term career growth.
Location: Great Horwood, Buckinghamshire
Salary: £14.00 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (30-minute break)
Job Type: Temp to Perm

Key Responsibilities
- Pick warehouse items quickly and accurately
- Pack, load, and unload goods safely
- Use Word and Excel to complete warehouse tasks and chase invoices
- Support the smooth running of warehouse operations
- Work closely with team members in a fast-paced environment
- Carry out manual handling and heavy lifting duties
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse
- Help support and guide warehouse staff when needed
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous warehouse experience required
- Strong and physically fit with the ability to carry out lifting duties
- Good basic IT skills, including Word and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive attitude and good teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual, and hard-working
- Full UK driving licence required due to the location
- FLT Counterbalance licence is helpful but not essential
