Newstaff Employment is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor in Milton Keynes to join a busy and growing distribution business. In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations while helping to coordinate workflow and maintain high standards across the warehouse. Therefore, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Operative looking to step into a supervisory role, or for an existing Warehouse Supervisor seeking a new challenge.

Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: £14.00 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
Job Type: Temp to Perm

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately
• Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently
• Use internal computer systems to process customer information
• Print labels and prepare shipments for dispatch
• Chase customer invoices and support administrative tasks
• Use pick sheets to fulfil orders correctly
• Pull cages and prepare pallets for distribution
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
• Support warehouse colleagues with daily tasks
• Help coordinate workflow to ensure smooth operations

Essential Skills & Experience

• Previous warehouse experience is essential
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred, although candidates ready to progress will also be considered
• Good IT skills and confidence using warehouse systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Proactive approach with good problem-solving skills
• Reliable, hard-working, and supportive attitude
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
