Customer Service Advisor – Luton

Newstaff Employment is hiring an experienced Customer Service Advisor in Luton to join a well-established company based in Capability Green. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a dynamic role, providing outstanding service to high-profile clients while supporting the team with essential administrative tasks.

📍 Location: Capability Green, Luton
💷 Salary: £24,000 – £27,000 per annum (depending on experience)
⏰ Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5 pm
📌 Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling inbound calls with a confident and professional telephone manner
• Delivering top-level customer service to high-profile clients
• Supporting the team with general administrative duties
• Updating and maintaining data using Microsoft Excel
• Ensuring all customer interactions are handled efficiently and positively
• Collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth processes

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Clear, confident, and friendly telephone communication
• Positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile
• Previous experience in a customer service or admin role
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel
• High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
• Comfortable handling sensitive client interactions
