Labourer / Duct Work Installer

Location: Luton Airport, Luton
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Pay: Competitive DOE

Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Labourer / Duct Work Installer to work on a busy construction project at Luton Airport. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual with previous experience in the installation of ventilation and ducting systems.

Duties Include:

• Assisting with the installation of HVAC and ductwork systems.
• Measuring, cutting, and assembling ducting components.
• Loading, unloading, and moving materials around site.
• Supporting skilled duct fitters and installation teams.
• Using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
• Adhering to all site health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Previous experience installing ductwork is highly beneficial.
• Experience working on construction sites.
• Valid CSCS Card preferred.
• Ability to work from drawings and follow instructions.
• Good level of physical fitness and willingness to undertake manual work.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
• Own PPE and transport to site would be advantageous.
