Newstaff Employment is recruiting a Van Driver for delivery and warehouse work in Enfield. You will complete local deliveries and collections using a company van while also supporting warehouse operations. Your duties will include loading and unloading, picking and packing, stock management, and completing delivery paperwork.
Location: Enfield
Salary: £13.50 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, with flexible start times

Key Responsibilities
- Drive a company van safely and professionally.
- Complete deliveries and collections across designated routes.
- Ensure goods arrive safely and on time.
- Load and unload the van at the warehouse.
- Assist with unloading goods at delivery locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
- Support general warehouse operations.
- Assist with stock management and organisation.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Complete delivery paperwork correctly.
- Carry out routine vehicle safety checks.
- Report vehicle defects or maintenance issues promptly.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and safe.
- Communicate professionally with customers and colleagues.
- Follow UK road traffic regulations.
- Follow company health and safety procedures.
Essential Skills & Experience
- You hold a valid UK driving licence.
- Previous van driving experience would be advantageous.
- Previous warehouse experience would be beneficial.
- You are comfortable completing both driving and warehouse duties.
- You can safely load and unload goods.
- You are physically able to complete manual handling tasks.
- You have good organisational and time management skills.
- You can follow delivery schedules and instructions.
- You have good communication skills.
- You can work independently and as part of a team.
- You are reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- You have a strong commitment to health and safety.
- You are flexible regarding start times.
