As a Line Operative, you will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, and monitoring the production line for quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Operate production line equipment and machinery efficiently.
• Assemble and pack products according to specifications.
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production line issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.

Benefits

• Temp-to-perm opportunity with a pay increase after 3 months

• Full-time hours, 8am-8pm rotating shift pattern £12.21 plus 20% shift premium if all hours worked = £14.65p/hr
• 5 on 2 off Monday to Sunday
